Little Sand West and Lakeside are located on Little Sand Lake in Remer, MN. Due to our distance from the larger metropolitan areas of the state, Little Sand Group Homes regularly transports to Duluth and Maple Grove for all scheduled home visits. In addition, staff frequently travel to other counties for staffings to make attendance and participation in meetings more accessible and convenient for all parties involved in the resident's program.

LSGH is flexible in regard to providing transportation to court hearings, sibling or family visits and works together with the team as often as possible in scheduling meetings locations and times that are accessible and convenient for parties involved in the resident’s programs.
